This website, the program website for HR Leadership for Human-AI Transformation, is operated by TLS Holdings, LLC, United States, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. TLS Holdings, LLC also operates Leaders of the Future, which presents the program in partnership with Equita Talent Partners. What this website collects

Nothing tracks you here: there are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixel, no registration, no user accounts and no payment processing on this site.

The only personal data collected through the site is what you choose to send through the brochure request form: your work email address and your consent to receive information about this program from Leaders of the Future. When you send the form, the brochure is shown to you right away, and your request is emailed to the program team. Sending the form is voluntary. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us directly.

Like every website, this site is served by a hosting provider whose servers keep standard technical logs, such as the IP address that requested a page and the time of the request. Those logs exist for security and to keep the service running. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

To protect the brochure request form from automated misuse, the server also keeps a short-lived count of recent requests from each IP address. The count is filed under a one-way code of the address, never the address itself, holds only the times of the requests, and each time expires after 10 minutes.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser’s storage and uses no analytics. Its fonts and images are served from this website itself, and it loads no scripts from other companies. That is why there is no cookie notice.

Why we process your data and on what basis

We use the work email address you send through the brochure request form for one purpose: to send you information about HR Leadership for Human-AI Transformation, as you agreed when you checked the consent box.

Under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, the legal basis for this is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@leadersofthefuture.com, and we will stop sending you information about the program. Withdrawing your consent does not affect information sent before you withdrew it.

The hosting logs and the form’s short-lived count described above are based on our legitimate interest in keeping this website secure and running.

How long we keep it

Brochure requests are delivered to our email inbox at info@leadersofthefuture.com and are not stored on this website’s server. We keep them for as long as needed to send you information about the program and to handle any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless a working relationship follows or the law requires us to keep records for longer.

Who receives your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Your brochure request is handled by the service providers we use to run the site and our email: our web hosting provider, which delivers the form, and our email provider, which stores our inbox. These providers process data on our behalf under their own contractual and security commitments.

If you apply for the program, your application details are shared with Equita Talent Partners, our partner for the program, and are used only for the purposes of the program.

We will disclose information if required or permitted by law, for example to comply with a subpoena or a similar legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.

International transfers

Leaders of the Future works between Finland and the United States. Brochure requests may therefore be read and stored in the United States as well as in the European Union. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards recognized by the applicable data protection law, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses used by our providers.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
